Returns & Refunds policy

At Fortis Forge, we are committed to professional excellence and high-level results. Our policies are designed to ensure mutual commitment and to protect the time and intellectual property invested in our coaching and educational programs.

1. Coaching Services (1-on-1 & Group)

Coaching is a partnership that requires a structured beginning and a professional conclusion. To maintain the integrity of the coaching process, we require a 60-day notice for cancellation.

Notice Period: To terminate a coaching agreement, you must provide written notice via email to [Your Email Address].

Continued Service & Billing: Upon receipt of your notice, your coaching relationship will remain active for 60 days. During this period, all scheduled sessions will continue, and you remain responsible for all scheduled payments until the 60-day window has concluded.

No Early Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds or early exits from the 60-day notice period.

2. Webinars & Virtual Workshops

Fortis Forge delivers immediate value through live instruction and permanent access to educational materials.

No Refunds: All webinar and virtual workshop sales are final.

Guaranteed Replays: Because all registered participants are provided with a digital replay and access to event materials, refunds are not issued for "no-shows" or a change of schedule. The value of the event is delivered via the recording regardless of live attendance.

3. Fortis Forge Service Guarantee (Force Majeure)

We value your investment and your time. In the unlikely event that Fortis Forge, LLC must cancel a service due to an emergency, illness, or "act of God":

Coaching: If we are unable to fulfill sessions during your active agreement or 60-day notice period, we will provide the option to either reschedule the sessions or receive a pro-rated refund for the specific sessions missed.

Webinars: If a technical failure on our part prevents the delivery of a live webinar and a recording cannot be provided, a full refund or credit toward a future event will be issued.

4. Digital Products

Intellectual Property: All digital downloads, templates, and pre-recorded "on-demand" content are non-refundable once access has been granted or the download link has been delivered.

5. Administrative Terms

Refund Processing: In the event of a Fortis Forge-initiated refund, funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
